What, how?! And finally? The general public cared about her music once like 6 years ago...
Her music is critically acclaimed (and not just the beats...) so your last point is invalid. She just doesn't care about it, like I said, but that doesn't mean she isn't also VERY underrated by most people since they aren't even giving her a chance (especially the urban community because sadly that seems to be her/label main/only focus when releasing new material).
Her stuff is always on point, but she always lacks promotion -- which is her fault, but not an excuse in this case, her career could be doing way better considering everything.
I mean, your entire post is a demonstration of this. You're just dismissing her and acting like she is overrated when she hasn't even been able to put an album out for years because none of the singles she's put out ever since then took off commercially.
