Olly Murs quit Xtra Factor, Rylan Clark set to replace him?
Quote:
When we heard the news that Olly Murs had basically admitted that he wasn't returning to The Xtra Factor, our tummy went a bit sad.
He told Heat magazine: "I've had two great years on it. To be honest, the way my career is going in terms of music and internationally it looks unlikely that I'll be able to do it.
"It's an amazing part of my career and working with Caroline has been great."
Well, at least that means they can finally get it on and kill off the sexual chemistry!
And while we're feeling a bit down about losing Olly, we could be gaining someone even better... Rylan Clark!
We started hearing rumours about the CBB winner taking on the job before Olly even revealed he could be leaving - so it's all starting to make a lot of sense.
On Friday night, Rylan told Digital Spy that he'd definitely take on the job - hinting that he'd been approached and it's his "dream job".
He said: "My dream job would be presenting on The Xtra Factor - and I know my name has been banded about, but it's an honour that I've even been mentioned."
