Why couldn't the LOONEYTUNE by the name of Herman Cain make it past the primary?

I understand the point. Obama is a president who is better with foreign issues than domestic ones...you have to look at the budget that he was left with, the mess that Bush had cultivated. Obviously he aint the best but he has done some pretty good things. You cant say "Well Clinton was so much better bla bla bla", he didnt face a budget that was nearly as bad as the one in 2008, Obama was dealt with alot, and he handled it with stride.

Do I wish he did more? Yes, but you have to look at the circumstances
