All you need to do is either
1. Choose a member, then describe their psychological traits, then tell them to get in here to know about that, and maybe they would describe other members as well; or
2. Ask to be described.
It's better if you're describing a member who's not that close to you. So, yeah.
I hope this won't flop. I really think this is a great idea.
