Due to Chris Brown being in a physical altercation seemingly every 3 months, he will be to blame in this case. I'm not sure why it's so hard for him to avoid fights. Even if he did not start this, he seems to always be in one. I'm sure he'll be in a few more this year.

Exactly so Chris isn't innocent either there's a reason he is always beefing with people. Although I'm a bit skeptical about the "all out brawl" they had and how reliable that statement is. Chris is known to do DAMAGE and it seems Frank isn't in the hospital.
