it's what her brother stated in his autobiography, and it is slightly suspect that the cameras would have to be present for such a personal event (their first visit there in many years).
I'm not saying she doesn't love her mother but I do believe what her brother says about that visit which was pretty much she was using it to create a really good movie moment rather than going there for a heartfelt visit. He didn't like that and I can understand why. That's sort of inappropriate. It doesn't mean I don't think she loves her mother or that she didn't mean a lot of what she said. I think this is a woman who probably survived losing her mother at the age she did by becoming as hardcore as she is. Hadcore enough to "use" a scene like this.
I think the song is so frickin beautiful. The spoken word part in the video I put up breaks your heart but after hearing what her brother says I do believe she was performing a bit with the whole thing. That's all I'm saying.
