this reminds me of the story with a guy who called the cops on a restaurant because they offered an all you can eat fish plate and they told him he couldn't have anymore
The thing is, he alone already had like 14 plates...talk about being fat
If the customer wins this subway case, I bet he won't spend the money on a gym membership
