I wish Gaga could do the Super Bowl 2014 ! She releases the first single in April, release the Album in July, 2nd single Aug and than perform at the VMA's, 3rd single in Nov, 4th single at the Super Bowl 2014 & also the grammys that same month ! And she goes on tour Before the 5th single !

A remastered Out Of Control version is something she should put on the ARTPOP app IMO. If she really will use that for fans, she should do us this gift just because she knows every Monsters love this song
