They ain't gonna do jack **** and they know it. They're like that annoying person who constantly says "I'm really going to do it this time and you'll be sorry!" then at the last minute they back out.
Yeah right. They've been saying that they're going to destroy Seoul since the 90's. It's all just a defense mechanism to stop the US and South Korea taking down their regime, because they know that once either cross the DMZ, they're screwed. China is literally their only hope, and I don't think they even care anymore.
