It's -27C (-17F) in Ottawa right now but with windchill it's -36 (-33F) Later on tonight and tmrw morning it's going to be -40C (-40F) with the windchill. I hate how weirdly the temps vary during winter and summer here. +40 in the summer to -40 in the winter.
