The 34-year-old X Factor judge wore a William Vintage Ossie Clark gown - only for it to turn see-through from all the flashing of the photographers' camera bulbs, revealing the star's strategically placed nipple covers.
The singer also premiered her new single "Boomerang" today (January 24). It is set to be released on March 10 in the UK as the first cut to be lifted from her upcoming second solo album.
