On Saturday, February 2, after the victors of the Seventh Annual DIRECTV Celebrity Beach Bowl have been named, DTV SuperFan stadium will be quickly converted into a sleek and sophisticated nightclub to host the hottest party of the weekend, DIRECTV Super Saturday Night, Featuring Special Guest Justin Timberlake and Co-Hosted by Mark Cuban’s AXS TV. DJ Questlove will be entertaining the crowd before and after the performance.
A multiple Grammy® and Emmy® Award-winner, Justin Timberlake recently released his long-awaited new single, “Suit and Tie Featuring JAY Z,” from his upcoming album The 20/20 Experience due out this year. His performance at DIRECTV Super Saturday Night will be his first concert in almost five years and will solely benefit Shriners Hospitals For Children.
DIRECTV Super Saturday Night is a private, invitation-only event (tickets are not available for purchase. He's not performing at the superbowl  He's performing during superbowl weekend.
The staff, Julius, Blue Ivy, Miss Tina, Solange and Jay-Z would never let Justin go anywhere near Beyonce. They are already dealing with lip sync gate.

No, Janet's banned from the stage, Justin isn't (rightfully so.) There's no reason why he should be banned. He was on many lists of favorite acts to play the halftime show, by the way.
