Singing OVER a track =/= Lipping



And she's even louder than the track and sounds just as good if not better. It wasn't lipped at all. They did play the recording but she sill sang live over it, and loud enough for you to hear.

The problem IS NOT the lip-syncing itself. It's the fact that one of the best vocalists of our generation opted to go that route, when that route is usually taken by pop stars who are not known for their vocal talent.

If anybody else did this, like Rihanna, Gaga, Katy, etc. it would have been a big deal for an hour, but this is kinda upsetting since it's Beyonce who did this.

1. Who cares? The acoustics for that location are probably awful- to the crowd it would have made no difference in terms of hearing quality, and ditto for the public.

2. I am still mystified at all the praise her rendition got - I didn't like what she did with the anthem at all.

Like Whitney Houston? Shut up.

Everyone knows Beyonce is a better singer than 95% of the pop girls so her lipping is a bit irrelevant considering the circumstances.

They are using those to show y'all fat asses that being a big star and lipping is not that big of a deal !
Whitney did , JHud did it , others did it too but no one seemed to care ! And now that some marine officer said B lipped everyone believed it and y'all act like is the end of the world !
