Ugh, I wasn't even arguing with you, I was only trying to understand your logic. Amelia's singles are both peaking 'further from #1' as well, so isn't that the same?
In fact, she's following a similar path to Tulisa. Strong debut single with the follow up not doing as well both radio and chart wise, so I don't see why she's any different right now. You also can't compare album positions when Amelia releases hers, sales is what it's all about. Tulisa sold more than Dappy first week but he debuted at #6 because he released earlier in the year. Same with Ke$ha. She didn't even go top 40 but if she released this month she would have had at least a top 20 album.
I like both artists but I'm only pointing out that your comparisons are invalid for at least now. Tulisa is CLEARLY a bigger force right now, whether you like her or not.
