Russians have to install video cameras in their cars because $$$ hungry people will do ANTHING in order to sue and get everything they possibly can. Even risking their own children's lifes!

I've read it's also because of the high traffic accident rates. So the videos work as evidence.
It's not just Russia, it's every where. It's called a dash cam. This video went viral (the original video got removed) and it got a lot of publicity here in Toronto.
The man tried to get money off the asian guy (and threatened to call the cops). Anyway, if it wasn't for his dash cam, he would have to pay $500 because "it's always the car behind's fault".
Anyway, the brown guy in the video tried apologiznig when the video went viral, saying how he was poor, he was not trying to be malicious, and that he was getting threatened. People were posting his address and phone number all over YouTube
