It hit #1 because of pre-orders. It's been available for pre-orders on itunes since her performance on Voice of Germany.
I've just seen it today. They had ads for it on iTunes, I think that helped a lot as well. I'm sure it will stay there since she's performing on one of the biggest TV shows tonight, may be possible that she hits #1 on the charts next week!
Her appearance just aired. She was amazing as always. But she only sang and there was no interview or anything. They only mentioned that she will tour in April
