I'm torn about it, part of me wants it to happen for Britney, but the other part doesn't. The radio deals just seem wrong and a form of payola. We will never be able to truly analyze the initial demand for songs on radio because of these deals.
Exactly. I don't want Britney to be part of that cheat deal. Most likely she won't get a #1 debut with the new changes so I'd rather her do it the way of Hold it against me and Womanizer.

We all know that her debut position is usually her peak position as well for most lead singles, hence, if we want another #1 a radio deal needs to be done. Simple. When the song peaks on radio months after it's release, digital sales won't be high enough I'm sure to guarantee a high peak. We need to have digital sales, radio airplay, and streaming as high as possible at the SAME TIME in order to peak in the Top 3 at least.

Hasn't it already been reported that she was never in talks for PH anyway? It's always been in talks with the group that OWNS Planet Hollywood.
It was not confirmed she was not in talks for PH, they said it indeed was with BASE Enteirtainment that owns the place but now we have actually proof that PH is NOT happening. Venetian here she comes
