How co,e everything they do for charity is reported on? Are they trying to help john's image or something?
It's not reported on.
The only reason anyone knows that they go around doing any kind of charity work is because the people involved post personal pics on twitter. I can't stand John but I do think he does charity work out of fulfillment/enjoyment, not to fix his image.
