Horrible. If the charges were extended, it's not Madonna's fault, it's that asshole judge's.

Madonna was bringing awareness to their plight, as well as making a stand against the ignorance of the Russian theocracy. If the judge wants to use that as an excuse to harshen the punishment on protesters, that reflects poorly on the Russian courts.

She brought huge awareness to the case. I've seen the actual people who were making this documentary on a tv show here, and they were praising Madonna and even hinting to ***** riot wanting to be on the stage with madonna (they made a snipe at bjork, who offered them to be on the stage, saying they only wanted Madonna) these people met with ***** riot, they have helped them.

It sounds weird, because he must be part of the same group of people making this documentary, unless it's being taken out of context, or maybe this is another documentary about them with other people.

theyre not attacking Madonna for it theyre just speaking more about the mentality within Russia. They are not likely to appreciate a western icon telling them how to carry out justice.

not every one who is working on the documentary is russian, though. some of them are from other countries and praised M for putting a bigger spotlight on the case, that's why I'm surprised. But maybe these are other people..

Im not talking about the makers of the film. Obviously they know she was trying to actively help. I was referring to the Russian general public including the judge.

I believe so. I don't think madonnas intention were sincere seeing as she stopped caring as soon as she played her shows and left the country. I think the Russians felt used and it only contributed to the disdain a lot of Russians have for America.

GAGA didn't have to dedicate "Hair" to the kid who killed himself last year in 10 of her concerts.

if you know anything about Madonna you'd know damn well her intentions were sincere. These are the kinds of issues she's always cared about.

and there's no point her banging on about the issue when nothing can be done at this point. Maybe she even clocked on that she wasn't helping by being so vocal.

Oh and Gaga's intentions for the bus that will help her "mentally not stable fans"(in Gaga's words) is very sincere. Also it's very sincere how she helped ***** Riot... as fact any cause in this world.
