no, its pretty easy to insert all of that if the framework of the app is already done, which I believe it is

Reason I brought it up is because some people wanted the app to be release already which would ruin the surprise of the ARTPOP design theme.

Which also brings up another point: I dont think the app will be release with the first single but until the whole album is released

You make a good point. The album is maybe going to be available through the app for streaming.
