Why does everyone have such high voices?

I am similar to Tiziano Ferro (C2 - G#5).

E3 - C6 for me.

F2 to G5. But I skip my middle range and just jump on up to the falsetto.

Couldn't figure out what type I am since I am clueless about this stuff, and btw, whats the difference between head voice and chest voice? And what is falsetto?
