Is Philadelphia really dangerous in general? I'm applying for some colleges there
I mean, the crime rate is high but if you plan on going to school there... then just go. It's not even in the top 20 of most dangerous cities and this shouldn't be your deciding factor
Philly was a lot worse back in 06 it isn't as bad now. That station where the woman was at is always empty so being there was not a good idea to begin with unless you're packing something. IE pepper spray,gun etc.
