Why wouldn't they just at least give the damn thing an iTunes release? It literally only requires putting the album through their system. If they don't want to promo, whatever, but that's completely rude to American fans that want the album legally. I can't stand labels.
Guess they would rather not. They know the singles didn't really do much and the launch here was horrible. They should have released all singles at the same time instead of one for the US and one for the UK and then only heavy promo was done in the UK.

I doubt it, considering some songs on ORA were already 2008 rejects.
