How doesn't he deserve all the blame if he raped her? The **** is wrong with you? Seems like you're looking for any reason to hold her responsible for something that wasn't in any way her fault.
It's bittersweet really. She shouldn't have killed herself and he should have deleted the video. I think it's more his fault and I hope he gets punished.
Wow, this is why I will be sure to let my child know that they can come to me for any and everything. I wouldn't be able to handle it. I would go insane and end a few lives. That must be unbareable to have your child commit suicide over something so frivolous.

While they can't try him for murder if I were the prosecutors I'd book him for child pronography. If he and video of a girl underage performing sexual acts and soliciting it to others it is FEDERAL crime. Unfortunately this 13 year old girl has no knowledge of that, and YES it DOES NOT matter if he is underage too. Two underage people sending nudes to each other is considered child pronography.
BOOK HIS ASS AND SEND HIM TO JAIL! Not to mention he will have to register as a sex offender everywhere that he goes. It might as well be a life sentence for him.
