Lady Gaga's dress from the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards is now dried and painted to restore its raw meat color. Beyond its shock value, though, it's being displayed at the National Museum of Women in the Arts with an explanation of her political message.

When Lady Gaga wore the dress, she was accompanied by U.S. soldiers affected by the "don't ask, don't tell" policy on gays. She later explained that if people don't stand up for their rights, they'll have as many rights as a piece of meat.

Business:

"She has changed the way endorsement deals work," said Rana Florida, chief executive officer of Creative Class Group, a think tank that advises businesses and governments. "She's putting more of her influence, thought and creative energy into a line rather than just endorsing them."

A lot of people associate weird costumes with her now. That's about it really.

That's far more than any popstars did so far. Adele? as much as i like her, not a chance. Her impact is mostly muscially, while Gaga impacts in term of both musically and socially, which answers your question

She indirectly encourages the vegetarian lifestyle as people who have seen her in the meat dress are likely to find meat disgusting, hence the impact

Music: Many artists today has a bigger impact on music than she does today.

Fashion: She really hasnt invented somethign brand new in fashion. The only thing that stands out for her is that she has worn absurd clothing aka meat dress. Its not really impactful but more controversial. Honestly who wants to dress up like Lady Gaga?

Science: Ok this is cultural impact so I agree.

Social Media: Well she sure does have the media wrapped around her fingers with all the controversy always hanging around her. But did she really have the first website like that? I doubt it.

Political Activism: I agree with this. She has done a good amount of work here.

Business: Not sure about this seeing as we can say the same thing about some other artists. Shes not the sole artist to make changes on how things should run.
