I'm surprised a thread like this doesn't exist yet here on atrl.

This thread is for the open discussion of good memories and fun times in a organized music group called a band. Here we can discuss the Marching competitions, the concerts, or even weird band stories and your favorite advice from your band teacher.

I feel like things like band really do reinforce our love for music. So please post down below and let's get chatting

So lemme start. So my school band started in 5th grade and one could continue on through the end of High School. I think after the years go by during the time your in band, people got turned off by my band teachers occasional rant upon evaluating the band itself. But for people to take the heat and learn, it became a lasting experience in all. I loved during the day before Mother's Day marching in the middle of my hometown and preforming in front of everyone's friends and family.

All we had was the band itself, not like this

I love my wind ensemble. Like a family really.

I play the trumpet in my high school band. I love our new director.. He is really pushing us.

I'd like the concert competitions we did, but I enjoyed marching in the front since trombones got to at my school :alex3:

If you're in high school band then you shouldn't have time for ATRL

But no joke I've heard about all these things involved with band.. It takes ALOT to do.. I respect you all tbh..
