Batman. May be biased, but Batman owns Superman with Superman's weakness stashed in one of Batman's pockets in his utility belt, Spiderman is occasionally clumsy, but usually overconfident so that would strike a blow, and pitting Batman against the ENTIRE X-Men force just seems flat out unfair... to them... ...
