Working with Guetta introduced her to The Dance world. So she does "take advantage". Out of all the Urban Divas, she translates the best to that genre. Critics were calling her a young Donna Summers.
My December drama gave Kelly C attention, but not in a good way dear.

Work and Like This were urban songs though. Work had a dance remix later on, but I don't know if that really counts as part of it. There are always random urban songs that do well over there because they decide to promote it with a dance remix instead
And by taking advantage, i was referring to the USA. Rihanna hadn't done dance regularly yet, and Usher hadn't fully converted yet. People like Jason DeRulo didn't exist either. She could have found her niche n pop and rhythmic radio since urban has never been that supportive of her solo career.
And obviously only sticking to the urban market hasn't really helped her career, so she should have taken a chance there and if she had, she probably would have been big by now.
