i dont understand how some of yall can dislike mariah just cause shes feuding with nicki. i still love MiMi so much and i think the beef isn't as bad as the media makes it. And mariah did give nicki somewhat of a boost in her career, gave her good cred. (up out my face)
Nicki was so great on idol last night! She really impressed me.
She totally took command of the panel, but not in a pushy, attention seeking way. She gave constructive criticism to the contestants, judged them on their TALENT and not on their stupid sob stories, and was genuinely passionate about them. She cared about their dreams, you could tell. She was totally real. And she never gave the same critique twice, which I really liked.
Mariah was good too. Based on the reviews I was expecting her to be terrible, but she was fine. Much better than JLo and Steven Tyler.
Keith was great and even Randy didn't annoy me too much. All in all I was pleasantly surprised.
Unfortunately, I'm still seeing a ton of hate for Nicki everywhere. She may have won over the critics but she hasn't won over the GP YET! I'm hoping that after a few more episodes she will (but then again, the feud apparently intensifies soon so we'll see). The stupid housewives who watch the show complained about her "rambling on and on" and I'm like "Idiots! You're just used to Steven and JLo's retarded judging so you can't appreciate a REAL judge when you see one!"
Anyway, looking forward to the new episode tonight.
