Back in the early 2000's year, but in today's age, it can't happen unless you are J.T. and have been in the biz for years. Gaga is still early in her career. She can't afford that. I mean look at Nelly Furtado no shade.

I don't think she'll reveal anything like ARTPOP SINGLE MARCH but I would say pay VERY close to what she says. We all know how much she likes to tease but w/o her actually saying it.

I think Gaga can be compared to JT. She may be 'early' in her career, but look at that career.

Yeah but when pop artists do that they typically have long eras. Gaga has rihanna sized eras(6-10 months) but goes at a Beyonce like pace in terms of album output. Beyonce has long eras with tons of singles even 4 which flopped had 6 singles.

Edit: thinking about it her release schedule is mostly similar to Britneys. Although I hope ARTPOP is a long era with lots of singles like GGGB, Bad, IASF, TD, etc.
