According to a new report, the singer’s split from Jason — which was announced last weekend — was planned by Trawick and her dad, Jamie spears.

Sources say Jason was unsure how to end the relationship for fear of how Britney could react.

“It really wasn’t Britney’s decision to announce the split last week, it was Jamie who made the call,” a source said.

“Jason wanted out, and in the fragile state that Britney is in, it’s not like he could have a rational conversation with her about it, so it was really between him and Jamie.

“They decided how the relationship needed to end and how to go about the technicalities, such as removing Jason from the conservatorship, when he would move out and how to announce the split.
“Britney was left out of everything and really didn’t even know what was going on."

Jason and Jamie wanted to make sure that Britney didn’t lose it, so they had to water things down for her a bit.

“But she knows that the engagement is off and that Jason has been removed from the conservatorship.”

Y'all need to check the the source before making comments.

In fact it was a VERY smart and calculated PR move for her and her team to announce the day on her leave of the The X Factor, because then all the negativity would detract from the fact that she left the show (there could be negative press about it; she wasn't a good judge or she was fired). Who cares now that she left the show? Everything focused on her split with Jason and I knew it was all planned to do it in one day.

The "rumor" of her Las Vegas deal was no coincidence, either. You all have to stop believing what you read especially from unreliable sources.

But apparently they're carting her out again for another album this year. I just can't. The girl need a damn break already and not in the "I'm so sick of her being at #1" sort of way like Rihanna. She needs a real BREAK to get herself well and find herself. I feel like she has so many people around her all the time and she still hasn't figured out who she is. I wish her the best.
