No, Gaga did not receive writing credits on a majority of her early work because she was a ghost writer. There are a few songs Gaga bought back after she made it big, such as the unreleased Nothing On But The Radio.
I know she wrote it because I know all of the songs Gaga wrote. Such things are common knowledge for Gaga fans who have been around since before Just Dance.
The only assumptions I see are in the OP where the man is assuming Gaga doesn't write her music, assuming she stole stuff, and when these so-called transcripts pop up, I too will "post proof" that Gaga wrote IMM.
