Probably Katy. BTW was riding off a much bigger hype so its sale, while isn't bad, is pretty disappointing. Gaga will have a much harder time than in 2011. On the other hand, Katy has so much to fall on, her songs will be overplayed by the radio no matter how bad they can be (while Gaga was losing steam on the radio last era), so she has the upper hand.
