I don't think she'll ever top Born This Way, quality wise but I have faith in ARTPOP... I think it will sell more, if not, similar sales with bigger singles.

There is honestly no chance of ARTPOP is exceeding Born This Way's 7m.

She has done a lot to change what 'Lady Gaga' means since Feburary 2011, and people are underestimating how much the album market has changed even since Born This Way was released

If the music is right she always has the potential to beat BTW's singles, but I think if ARTPOP tops 5m it will be a success.

For an allegedly ambitious album, the quality wasn't quite on par. It won't take much to top BTW so I'd say yes.

Can she? Yes.. Will she? Who knows... Quality wise? Depends on what you think is good music, but she'll probably have more mainstream music on there... Sales wise? She could, if she releases radio friendly songs. With the EDM/Trap/Complextro/J-pop influences it does seem as if it won't be for the GP, but rather her fans and a niche market.

No she's absolutely peaked with the Fame. It's downhill from here.

It's so sad that nobody buys albums anymore. Will 21 be the last +20 million selling album? How depressing. Also considering it's content is not revolutionary.
