It's not about counting EPs as albums or not, it's about lenght. The expanded versión (which is the re-released one) does not qualify as an EP as it contains 12 songs. The original mini álbum has been out of print for quite a long time.

The longer version has no new songs, just more tracks from their second so I still don't count it as an album. Like I said, it's whatever each person wants to class it as.
