I think that ATRL helped me notice the stuff more. If it were not for ATRL, I would have been like the general public and not know anything about anyone. I would probably assume that no pop stars write their songs, that beyonce writes her stuff, that gaga is actually nice and genuine, and that Ke$ha is talentless.
ATRL and the fans can point out a lot, that is why we make threads to have people notice stuff. In the end, I think everyone on this site can be called music fanatics. We know a lot more about music then the general public!
so the members indirectly can influence your opinions if they bring the receipts, but in the end it really depends on the artist itself for the most part.. only the weak would let a member influence their opinions!
