Katy had higher peaks and better longevity on radio and considering the OP is a taylor stan most played radio artists from 2006 to present and Katy isnt even in the top 10? MTN wasn't mentioned in top 100 AC airplay (2011 Christmas), while the AC radios digged up an old recording of Katy singing White Christmas in a small pub and put it in top 100 AC airplay. MTN was crushed so effortlessly.
