They're the newspapers you get at the mini mart by the counter and they're full of nothing but mugshots.

I use them and they are Hilarious.

I always want to but don't want to spend the money for it.

The SLAMMER used to put all their old mugshtots up but they're redoing the site

And if you are cheap,you can go on the local news and see some mugshots there
