I think it was the right thing to do. But personally, I see it as art and if she had kept them, I wouldn't have been offended.

I don't get why it would be any more offensive to keep the guns in the show then it would to go see an action film and see a movie with guns in, it wouldn't cross someone's mind at all that the film was being offensive. Gaga planned the show ages before that incident and so its not like she put it in there specifically for that show so it just shouldn't matter, and coz so many people would be a bit too overly sensitive and give her bad press, she compromised her art and her original vision, but good for her I guess?

I've never been disappointed in her but I would have been disappointed if she had kept the guns. I actually thought she was going to keep them so it's a nice surprise that she decided to respect the lives lost.

At the same time, I understand those who don't believe gun violence is a big issue. For me, the turning point was Sandyhook. That's when I think the nation as a whole went, "ok, enough is enough." It's unfortunate that it took the slaying of twenty children, but change is better late than never. I don't think she compromised her art or vision, just altered it, which is a big deal for Gaga who sees her vision as something serious.

What does that have to do with anything? I was just watching law and order and someone was gunned down. Should they pull those off as well? Gage's show has nothing to do with the tragedy.

Yeah... No other country she visited had a mass shooting recently. In fact, mass shootings are nearly exclusive to North America, with over 90% of mass shootings over the past ten years happening here.

And yeah, she totally changed the guns to get a headline. Wouldn't she have kept them to make headlines?
