The chart is basically listing all the R&B songs that exist right now. And because R&B doesn't really exist anymore, not even on urban stations, it's #14. But on the list of any urban song, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, that song is #49

That may be technically true, but the way you said what you said was definitely misleading. In a thread asking about whether Ciara is done or not, irrelevant charts have no place being brought up.

Any Billboard chart is relevant when it comes to marketing. Some are more important than others but having a hit on a Billboard chart is good on any chart.

I wish she would stop trying to make a hit on urban radio. For whatever reason they aren't really playing her. I could see her having huge success on pop radio if she got with someone like Dr. Luke.
