As all of you know, guns have played a big part in Gaga's show since the tour began last April. Following the tragedies that occurred in North America last year, Gaga decided to trade the guns in for a simple lead pipe during the performances that previously required guns.

I wouldn't have cared if she kept them, but she signed a petition that compromised her, so she had to get rid of them.
