Things REALLY started to turn the night of the 2011 VMAs. More people DO know PF than PFRR.

The only reason people are so hard on her is because she DID give us PF than she went and did all of that in late-2011 and 2012.

The sudden change in quality and sound from PF and PF:RR is a reason. We all know Nicki loved her pop; but I don't think ANYONE was prepared for her to go out and give us "Starships".

Yes more people does know PF that PFRR. Look at PF sales. Almost 4M WW. Basically what I'm trying to say is that PFRR turned people off, and she should do songs like M4L, Catch Me, Autobiography, and the list goes on to get those people to come back to her. And not just release ratchet and meaningless songs.

But that's the point. The people in the US know what she's capable of and that's why they were harsh to her with PFRR.

Outside of North America, PFRR was like an introduction to Nicki, so they didn't care, hence why they're more lenient and nice to her compared to the US.

Nicki is going to take the PF formula and make a few tweaks to it. She won't keep it exactly the same. She'll switch it up. The third album will be her defining album.

Well yeah, Rap is popular in English-speaking countries so they obviously hate her less there.

That isn't true considering she can sell out arenas in Europe. They may hate her, but they're willing to purchase tour tickets.

PF is almost double platinum in the U.S, and has sold around 3M WW.
