Perhaps, but she should pick her battles more carefully. Sharon Osbourne is not someone who ought to be trifled with. She poses even more of a threat than Perez does, as she has connections within the media that go beyond The Examiner.
Not to mention, it comes off as her going after someone who can't fend for herself, which is sad, but true.
Also, when she does these types of things, her monsters swarm in to strike against people like Kelly.
A somewhat related story with Calvin, when she called him out, effectively deploying her army of Monsters who jumped at the chance to attack his mentions.
You're completely missing the point of the letter. Bringing up Kelly's often times BULLYING on her show was the point. You can't play the victim when you're the one being the bully. 
and you get the point of the letter. I can't believe it's going over so-called Monsters' heads. If Gaga's letter was rude like Sharon's then these people would have a point, but she did nothing but respect Kelly and reach out to her a victim of bullying.
I only got that he's a friend of Gaga and is a part of her team but I really don't know what he does
