At least twice a day. Usually 3. I had to spend 3.5 years in braces, I'll be damned if my teeth don't look good at all times.

3 times. Sometime 4, sometimes 2.
I used to do 2 times a long time ago, but when I had braces I had to clean them after eating so I wouldn't walk around with food stuck in them, so I developed the habit of cleaning them at least 3 times.
