Announcing a movie 4 years in advance is normal, though. It seems like only Cher and Gaga announce their albums 39837393 years before they're released.
No one knows really but she could definitely have them all finished and still be choosing which song to release.
Trust me, if Gaga had stuff done, she would have been release info on it.
