Nothing's really changed with her moving to RCA, since she still has the same team and the same marketing budget.
The release of "Criminal" was completely mishandled, with the video being an iTunes exclusive (what the hell,) to it getting banned from TV and YouTube. They couldn't even bother to release a censored version of the video. I couldn’t care less about "Blackout" getting a platinum certification right after it reached the milestone, when several of her other albums are under certified, as well as 70% of her singles.
In her team's defense, I actually think that they do book her promo spots (like Ellen for "Femme Fatale," (which was promoted on TV,) among others,) but she just doesn't want to promote.
I still almost feel like sending death threats to her team at times though.

I don't think we have a shot there this week. S&S only recently climbed to the #1 spot and like you said, physical sales will determine the #1 if digital sales are close.
Yeah, it won't go #1 in Ireland this week. It's way too late in the sales week. Maybe next week.
When does Austria's tracking week end? That's a market where Britney has completely tanked the last few eras (like the Netherlands and Germany) but this song is doing amazing there. It could be #1.

They publish new charts on Fridays, so Thursday, I guess.

Thursdays, I believe! Hitradio Ö3 presents the chart on-air every Friday.
Will.I.Am is so undesirable. His image. His voice. Everything.
Yes. Fergie was the mascot behind most of BEP's success, and now all his hits feature another artist, even if he could make it alone (which he can't), he threw away the chance.
Honestly, it may have not mattered what we released as a 4th single, more than likely it would have flopped. It's not always about the charting success with up-beat tracks. We need a change in pace with Criminal. The fact that Criminal was the most mid-tempo to ballad like we've released since Someday says enough. I applaud Britney and the label for doing something different and not the same thing.

'Criminal' has awfully cheesy lyrics and she sounds like a teenage girl. I don't think there's a point in releasing a ballad if you're not going to showcase your vocals or a more mature side of yourself, two things 'Inside Out' would have done. It could have done well on multiple formats.
At this point, anything that she releases as the first single will chart well. I sort of wish “Inside Out” was the lead single. I think it would have been great for album sales.
I hope her next single is a mid-tempo or something more urban and not just another dance track.
