Can singing be taught or is it all natural talent. Any of you boys learn how to develop rich vibrato's and increase range?

Taking lessons can make you improve a lot but you need natural talent to be great.

You need to have minimal talent. Singing lessons are designed to improve what you already have.

I don't buy it, I know plenty of people who can't sing but are always singing songs and they haven't improved at all!! If practicing doesn't help then what will?!

Eh, singing songs for the fun of it isn't exactly practice. There a numerous ways and lessons and tricks that can be taught on how to improve your voice.

They're not really exercising their voice properly. Proper training all the time would help.

If you're not "tone deaf," you can learn. It usually helps to have natural talent. You just will never be a good as someone with the same technique who expounded upon their natural talent.

Yeah, a lot of the pop girls ya'll stan for aren't particulary talented vocalists, but got to sound decent with intensive training.

I think both having talent can help, but you can be a better vocalist when you have excellent technique and a meh voice versus someone with better vocals but worse technique

Some people are beyond hope. I still remember my world crumbling when I first heard a recording of my "singing" voice.

I think that anyone can learn how to sing, you just have to really want it, you know. Of course those who have started practising as a child or have natural talent have bigger chances and they can express their voice better, but if you want to sing, and you are here for really hard work, then its nothing impossible.

Oh but first you have to find really good vocal coach, professional, so you know your not wasting your time to be sure you will get better as fast as u can
