No, we're nowhere near that. Because of DNA methylation, a form of epigenetics, a viable fetus cannot result from an egg injected with genetic material from two women or two men. One set of chromosomes needs to be from a sperm, the other needs to be from an egg. Taking random chromosomes from different people and creating an egg in which 1/3 of the chromosomes come from 3 different parents would result in some chromosomes having both copies coming from either a man or a woman, which would not be a viable pregnancy.
