According to The Exorcism of Emily Rose, 3 AM is supposed to be the witching hour when evil spirits are strongest. Apparently this is because Jesus died at 3 PM. Do you believe in this? Has anything weird ever happened to you at 3 AM?
I've never heard it referred to as Satan's Hour; I've actually never heard it referred to as anything, actually. But I do believe that 3AM is when most paranormal activity occurs.

I dug a little deeper and found that 'The Hour of the Wolf' occurs from 3-5 AM and is a time when wolves are known to stand outside the front door to your house I definitely believe weird paranormal **** happens at that time of night.
