Exactly! That's what i was thinking. When you sell so many albums with basically no real hits, it's clear that you have a LOT of fans who will buy the album in any case.

Viva La Vida by a long shot.

Your should never post your opinions on this website anymore. Coldplay is the most consistent and popular band of our generation. No band in the past 10 years comes close. I can't think of any.

Viva La Vida, both are great albums, but I can only remember Viva La Vida.

By the time I finished hearing Some Nights I already forgot it and moved on. The album however does have its stand outs (the singles).

Viva la Vida gave us one of their best songs, "Strawberry Swing", which was vastly improved by Frank Ocean. He totally annihilated their version, which sounds like a cover compared to Frankie's, and the song set the mood for the iconic mixtape, "Nostalgia, Ultra".

So Viva la Vida wins...

educate yourself and listen to more artists. Arcade Fire is just one off the top of my head, and Im not going to even mention Radiohead and The White Stripes, among others.

and being popular has nothing to do with the quality of music. I said AROBTTH and VLV were good albums, so what is the freaking gripe? I could of said that none of them were good but I would just be lying to myself.
